We offer a lifetime buyback only on plain gold jewellery (without stones, diamonds, or studded work).
The following gold purities are eligible:
· 22K
· 24K
· 18K
Buyback Value Calculation
The buyback value is calculated based on the prevailing market gold rate on the date of buyback.
The buyback amount will be the pure gold value only — no making charges, wastage, stone value, or other charges will be included.
Conditions for Buyback
To be eligible for buyback:
· You must have the original invoice from VIKA by Kapoor Jewellers
· The product must be in undamaged condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable)
· The product must be returned in the same condition as purchased (with no physical alterations)
How to Initiate a Buyback
You can initiate a buyback request in two ways:
Option 1 — Visit Our Store
You can visit our store with the product and original invoice.
Option 2 — Ship the Product to Us
You can ship the product to our store address. The shipping charges will be deducted from the final buyback amount.
Payment Method
After verification, the buyback amount will be paid via:
· Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
· Store credit / Gift voucher
· Cheque
You may choose your preferred method at the time of buyback.
Processing Timeline
The buyback process usually takes 2-3 business days after we receive and verify the product.
