Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return:
· The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
· All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
· The product should not show any signs of damage caused by the customer
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Our team will guide you through the process and schedule a free return pickup from your address.
Return Pickup
We offer free return pickup across India for all eligible orders.
Pickup is usually scheduled within 1-2 business days of your request. Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for collection.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
· Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days
· The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.)
· You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
Please note: It may take 2-5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
· Different size
· Different design
· A different product of your choice
If the new product is of a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Exchange requests must be initiated within the same 7-day return window.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Products that are custom-made or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

· Clear photos of the product
We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.
