We offer a warranty only on diamond and studded jewellery against manufacturing defects.
· Diamond / Studded Jewellery: 1 month from the date of delivery
· Gold Jewellery: No warranty
· Silver Jewellery: No warranty
· Other Products: No warranty
What's Covered
· Manufacturing defects such as:
· Loose stone settings
· Stone loss due to manufacturing fault
· Breakage from the joint or weak soldering
What's NOT Covered
· Normal wear and tear
· Accidental damage
· Misuse or improper handling
· Damage caused by the customer
· Repairs attempted by third-party jewellers
· Lost or stolen products

Shipping Charges for Repairs
· Below ₹50,000: Customer pays both-way shipping
· ₹50,000 and above: We cover both-way shipping
Repair Charges
· Manufacturing defect: Free repair (within warranty period)
· Customer-side damage: Customer pays for repair + shipping
· Out of warranty: Customer pays for repair + shipping
We will provide a repair cost estimate before proceeding.
Repair Timeline
Repairs typically take 15-20 business days from the date we receive the product.
You will be notified once the repair is complete and the product is shipped back.
